Any decision taken by Heritage Western cape is subject to an appeal period of 14 days. If an individual or an organisation wishes to appeal a decision, the following process applies.

Required Documents for Submission

The appeal Form must be submitted within the appeal period.
Proof of payment for the R200 submission fee using the correct original case number.
An appeal must clearly reference the decision being appealed.
