Work Done:
1. The existing roof to be extended to express the original form of roof - completed
2. The new roof addition to be finished off as a gable or clipped eave - completed
Work still to be done:
1. The existing downpipe has still to be re-positioned and painted to match the wall
2. The new timber cladding on underside of reveal has not been extended to underside of balcony
3. No timber cladding at ground level
4. Facebrick cladding still to be removed and wall to be plastered and painted
5. Decorative I-beam and tenant signage still in place
6. Service gate is steel not timber
Recommended Action:
Incomplete work to be done in accordance with the IACom decision.
